This build incorporates the following changes:

1. the 'cut & splice' command has a new user interface
2. 'rescan tracks' has been improved by discounting mis-detected tracks at start of file
3. batch controls are now disabled during processing
4. channel balance command now offers 'auto-balace' if 0dB is selected
5. 'shrink correction' is now disabled if a marker selected
