I wouldn't go so far as to call them bugs as they are probably out of the control of Wavecor ...

When passing files to external encoders (such as Lame)

1. You can't use " (double quotes) in any tag as it makes the command string not parse.

2. I couldn't get it to accept Jazz/Rock as the genre. I don't know if that was the same reason or something different.

Further to number 2) The Lame encoder seems to be incredibly fussy about the Genre - it wouldn't take Electronica, just a single word. I presume it must be using a pre-defined list of allowed values. Do you know any way of catching any error messages from it before the window vanishes?
