Other Operations

Use the check boxes to select the normalise, scale, balance or 'Trim Silence' options.

'Normalise' fixes the peak amplitude of each file to the value you set.

'Scale' varies the amplitude of each file by the amount you set.

For both Normalise and Scale, you can type in a value or select a value from the drop-down list. Note, Scale allows both positive and  negative values; use positive for gain.

'Trim Silence' removes silence from the start and end of each file before it is saved.

The Resample checkbox enables you to resample each file as it saved. Sample rates of 44100, 48000, 882000 and 96000 are supported with bit depths of 16- or 24-bit. Use the Config. Button to select your required resample rate and to configure the resampler.
